Program

ChuckleText sends personalized joke text messages to subscribers who sign up at chuckletext.com and confirm by replying YES.

How you opt in

You enter your US mobile number on our sign-up form and check an unchecked box agreeing to receive texts. We then send one confirmation text, and jokes only start after you reply YES. We keep a record of your consent, including the time, the wording you agreed to and the page you used.

Message frequency

Message frequency depends on the schedule you choose: at most one joke per profile per day (up to 3 a day on the Family plan), plus occasional account messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to resume. STOP ends text messages but does not cancel a paid plan; cancel from your account page.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
